As an avid industry fanatic he has competed in various sports including Cross Country Running, Athletics, Martial Arts , Powerlifting, and Bodybuilding. His passionate involvement has led him to become a highly driven Fitness Professional. In 2008, Phillip took his first step to living out his dream and opened his first personal training studio. Now working hard to develop his dream, Phillip has put together a team of extremely dedicated, passionate and experienced Health and Fitness professional all with a collective goal of providing a service that strives to be second to none. Phillip and his devoted team have gained masses of experience working within London's top Health Clubs to name a few, Fitness First, LA Fitness, Esporta, and Virgin Active. They have developed a wealth of knowledge through certifications with Premier, NASM, ASCM, NCCPT, ACE, BWLA, ILM, ARC, AHA, the St John Ambulance, Outbox and Power Plate. As a collective they are now refining all their knowledge to a PTbyPT unique training system called Facilitative Fitness.
